• Hello,
  I am starting a new business and I am looking for a used Fudge Kettle. Does anyone know of where I might be able to find one or does anyone have one for sale?

• What makes a fudge kettle different from a very large saucepan? Is it like a bain-marie - i.e. is it one saucepan inside a another saucepan that contains water to prevent the fudge from getting too hot?

• I have a calico cottage fudge cooker and all accessories for sale if you are still interested.
  Kettle, pans, mixing bowls, spatulas, receipt book, 6lb fudge boxes, electronic scales, pan liners, serving trays, cutters, two 6ft long X 30in wide rolling display carts with butcher block tops and sneeze guards.
