Woodland Crafts Events Management are well-established organisers of top quality events including Craft Shows, Craft Fairs, Craft Markets, Craft Marquees and Christmas Markets. We run a variety of events along the South coast in both Hampshire and Sussex.

More Info: We organise events of various types and styles. These include indoor Craft Shows, Christmas Markets, Craft Marquees within other shows, Craft Markets, Garden Events, Country Shows and Shopping Centre events. We aim to produce well-organised, professional events at reasonable prices for exhibitors. Although Woodland Crafts Events Management have organised hundreds of events over the past twenty-five years, we never forget that we were exhibitors ourselves first!

More Info: Woodland Crafts Events Management are well-established organisers of high quality events. Now in our twenty-fifth year, we are dedicated to offering visitors, customers and exhibitors the chance to be involved in a wide range of Craft Shows, Christmas Markets, Craft Markets, Country Shows, Craft Marquees, Garden Events, Town Centre Events and Shopping Centre Promotions. As well as running our own events, we have also worked with many town and city councils to provide vibrant events in town centre situations. Our Craft Shows have been popular attractions in many places in the south and our craft marquees have been included in various major shows. We are always pleased to talk to town centre managers and shopping centre event coordinators about ideas they have so you may find us in your town! Look out for our events and please come and join us.

Events Profile

  • Retail event held for 2 days, both as stand alone craft event and as crafts within other event, indoors and outdoors in marquees.
  • Event is juried and there is no submission fee.
  • 40-100 craft exhibitors at a typical event.
  • £40- minimum craft stand cost per event.
  • Extra charge for electricity, tables/chairs.
  • More than one stand selling the same craft accepted but limited.
  • Mixed crafts on one stand accepted by arrangement.
  • Free demonstration space sometimes offered.
  • 244,629 total visitor attendance at Chichester Christmas Market last year.
  • Entrance free of charge.
