Coiled Basket

Event Type: Craft Course/Workshop
Learn a variation of the Navajo Indian woven coiled basketry technique. Wrap fabric or yarn around a cord, coil it, stitch it and and watch as your basket gradually grows. You will also have the option to use various pliable natural materials including pine needles, grasses, and raffia.
