Introduction to Glassblowing half-day course

Saturday Ceramics Workshop

Event Type: Craft Course/Workshop
This course will cover all the basic preparation and construction processes: pinching, coiling, slab building, press-moulding, surface decoration and glazing. You will cover Clay preparation, pinch pots, coil pots, soft slab and hard slab-building, working with press-moulds, slip decoration methods and glazing. No prior knowledge of pottery is required to attend this course.

Felting Studio

Animation for Beginners

Event Type: Craft Course/Workshop
A basic introduction on how to construct an animation in Adobe Flash software. You will explore basic techniques whilst you create a short animated sequence. You will learn how to create an animation in Adobe Flash. You will learn how to use Flash drawing tools, onion skinning, symbols and layers and how to animate with tweens and frame-by-frame animation to achieve convincing movement.
