The Art of Digital Photography: The Landscape

Using the beautiful Cotswold landscape as our subject we will look at image construction, design and composition, lighting, selection of colour, illustration and narrative, developing our own personal photographic style. On Sunday we will work on creatively enhancing photographs with Photoshop to produce original works of art.

Willow Weaving - Garden Structures

During the two day course you will have the opportunity to make some of the following items woven using willow for your garden - a plant climber, cloche, fan trellis, hanging basket, dragonfly sculpture or bird sculpture. Learn how to pattern cut and make perfectly fitted clothes! Would you like to make a perfectly fitted skirt? During the week you will make a master pattern (block) using your measurements, learn how to adapt it to make different styles and design and make a skirt of your choice. This course is suitable for those with some basic dressmaking experience.
