British Silver Week Sponsorship
This sponsorship aims to support a young, newly graduated silversmith starting out in business and also help promote British Silver Week and thereby widen the awareness of the skilled work of British Silversmiths and Jewellers.
Anne Davis, has been selected to receive the 2009 craft&design Business Support and Sponsorship Award in conjunction with British Silver Week. Anne will receive Business Advice and a 12 month Promotional Package to the value of £2,000, which includes:
- 2 page feature in craft&design magazine
- Advertising in the Makers Gallery pages of 6 issues of craft&design magazine
- A Selected Premier page in the Selected online gallery
- 12 month subscription to craft&design magazine
- Sponsorship of the entry fee for British Silver Week
of craft&design Magazine.
The Guild of Enamellers Student Bursary Scheme 2010
In 2009 the Guild of Enamellers celebrates it's 30th anniversary; it has established a flourishing membership and is a fine example of what can be achieved when like-minded people come together to promote their work and develop new ideas.
craft&design is proud to support the work of the Guild in co-sponsoring the Guild of Enamellers Student Bursary Scheme 2010. This scheme aims to help a young enameller as they start up in business and provides them with Guild Membership for one year, a place at the Guild's Annual Residential Weekend conference, and a comprehensive package of networking and development opportunities.
