The craft&design Award at MADE London Bloomsbury 2016
Winner: Claire Lowe
Claire is a jewellery designer maker whose current collection combines silver, resins and - unusually - tea leaves. It was that special 'something different' that caught our eye when judging for this award - the tea leaves! Claire's award is valued at £1,500 and includes a 3 page feature in craft&design magazine.
The craft&design Award at MADE Brighton 2016
Winner: Emma Cocker, Wild Folk
Emma's Wild Folk are brought to life from her home studio in the small fishing village of Appledore, on the North Devon coast.
“They love nothing better than walking in the woods and sailing on the seas. When they're out on their adventures they build fires, collect wildflowers, spot birds and catch fish.” A fabulous bit of fantasy - beautifully hand crafted too!
