Terms and Conditions Relating to Advertising in craft&design Magazine

Advertising will be accepted at the discretion of the Publishers (PSB Design and Print Consultants Limited). No advertisement can be guaranteed for publication unless the appropriate Advertising Space Order Form has been completed, signed and returned.

The publishers shall have the right to accept or to omit the publication of any advertisement insertion irrespective of whether or not The Publishers has previously accepted the offer without assigning any reason whatsoever for so doing and The Publishers shall be under no obligation or liability of any kind to the Advertiser in respect of any such action by The Publishers.

The cancellation of an Advertisement insertion by the Advertiser which has been accepted by The Publishers shall only be permitted provided such cancellation is made in writing and sent by Registered First Class Post to the postal address of The Publishers as printed in the Rate Card. Such cancellation shall be received by The Publishers not later than six week prior to the date of publication of the magazine in which the insertion was to have appeared.

The advertiser shall provide The Publishers with advertisement copy in a form agreed with the publishers.

The Publishers shall not be under any obligation whatsoever to provide to the Advertiser proofs of an advertisement insertion prior to its publication. Should any advertisement be published which is inaccurate or wrong in any respect and where this is due solely to an error by The Publishers, the liability of The Publishers to the Advertiser shall be limited to a free insertion of the correct advertisement in the next issue of craft&design magazine. In all such cases The Publishers shall have no other liability whatsoever arising from the publication of the advertisement containing the inaccuracy or error.

When submitting copy, drawings, illustrations and all other matter and material of any kind whatsoever to The Publishers for inclusion in an advertisement the Advertiser warrants that at the date of publication the information, descriptions, and all other content of the advertisement is true and accurate in all respects and also complies with the provisions of the Trades Descriptions Acts and all other legal requirements in respect of such advertisements in force as at that date, including copyright issues.

All invoices from The Publishers in respect of advertisements published shall be due and payable not later than 30 days from the date of the invoice. Should payment not be made by this due date The Publishers shall have the right at any time to withdraw any discount or commission granted to the Advertiser and the Advertiser shall be required to pay The Publishers the cost of the advertisement at the rate specified in the Rate Card as being the cost of one insertion of the advertisement concerned prior to the deduction of any discounts or commissions whatsoever. The Publishers reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts (i.e. those not settled within 30 days from date of invoice) at the rate of 1% (one per cent) over base rate per month.

These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended or varied in any way whatsoever except and unless such amendment and variation has been agreed in writing by a Director of PSB Design and Print Consultants Limited, publishers of craft&design magazine.
